Pakistani employers commonly distinguish several leave types and vary them by contract. SBS HRM lets you configure types, accrual, carry-forward, and approval chains. Naming those types is your policy work.
Employees apply in self-service; managers approve; HR sees balances. That reduces forgotten verbal approvals. It does not interpret every provincial labour nuance for you.
Pair leave with holidays (company calendar) and with shifts if coverage matters. A policy that cannot be expressed as a type and an approver will not magically appear in software.
