What is SBS HRM System?
SBS HRM System is cloud-based HR and payroll software from SBS Technologies in Lahore. It covers employee records, attendance (including biometric/ZKT devices), leave, shifts, payroll with FBR tax slabs and EOBI contributions as configured, self-service, and reporting.
What is HRMS software?
HRMS means Human Resource Management System — software that keeps the employee record and lets attendance, leave, payroll, and self-service refer to the same database. Is SBS HRM suitable for small businesses and SMEs?
Yes, when spreadsheets or paper registers start breaking — typically multiple approvers, biometric devices, or a finance team that wants a posted payroll period. Published plans are per user per month so cost can scale with headcount. Confirm which modules are in the edition you buy during sales.
How do we get a demo?
Submit a demo request. The team reviews company context and, if approved, emails a private tenant URL, username, and password. Public demo credentials are not posted on this website.
Does payroll support Pakistani tax and EOBI?
The product includes income tax slab configuration and approved payroll copy includes FBR income tax slabs, EOBI contributions, payslips, period lock, and bank-sheet friendly outputs as configured. It is not a government filing bureau and not tax advice. PESSI/SESSI is not claimed on this site.
Can employees manage leave and payslips themselves?
Employee self-service includes leave applications and personal leave history. Payslip access for employees is part of the self-service / payroll workflow as configured in your tenant. Managers approve leave through their portal rather than informal chat approvals.
Do you integrate with ZKTeco / biometric machines?
Yes. Attendance machine management for biometric / ZKT devices is part of the product, along with attendance logs and organisation-wide attendance views.
Which modules can we start with?
Packaging is agreed in sales. Typical rollouts start with core HR and attendance, then add payroll, leave, and analytics. Helpdesk and projects exist in the suite; they are not separate marketing ranking pages.

How is pricing structured?
Published plans are per user per month (Starter, Professional, Enterprise bands on the pricing page). Confirm current packaging and which modules are included before you buy.
How is personal data on contact and demo forms handled?
Submissions are stored in the configured database and may trigger email notifications when SMTP is enabled. Retention and DPA terms are covered in your commercial agreement and the privacy policy — not in this FAQ alone.
