Publishing a roster
1. Define patterns
Create the shift codes your operation actually runs (mornings, nights, split, rotating).
2. Assign people
Place employees on the roster from the same core HR directory.
3. Employees see their calendar
My-shifts removes the ‘what time do I come in?’ message storm.
4. Compare to punches
Attendance shows whether the roster was honoured, which payroll may later price as overtime.
Questions
Is this the same as attendance?
No. Shifts are planned time. Attendance is captured time. Both modules exist in the product and have separate landing pages so search intent stays clean.
Can factory and retail teams use it?
Yes. Homepage industry copy already describes shift attendance on production lines and multi-branch retail. This page is the dedicated commercial URL for that capability.
Do employees see their own roster?
The product includes a My shifts personal calendar screen.
Do you sell a generic ‘workforce management suite’?
We sell the shift and attendance modules that exist. We do not create a third URL stuffed with WFM buzzwords.
